Absolute trash customer service but the car they sold me works amazing.Would not recommend this place for first time buyers but take your chances.
I got a car with this finance company a week ago. My car broke down 2 days after getting the car. They then set my car to the shop, and took over 4 days to get back. I had to pay over 300 dollars in Ubers to get to work. Than they refused to compensate or make a payment arrangement. I still have to make my payment on top of the Uber. I’ve had a really frustrating experience with Auto Now Financial. They reported inaccurate info on my credit, which I believe violated my rights under the FCRA. On top of that, I was making $680 payments every month — and somehow, none of it was going toward the principal. It felt like I was just throwing money away and never making progress. So happy I am no longer apart of this company that takes advantage of ppl. If your credit can't get you a deal at a legitimate dealership with reasonable rates, you need to save up for a car and avoid putting your self thru a depressive couple of years trying to keep up with these scumbags
