Out of the blue, two days before my payment was due, they canceled my auto pay. I didn't consent or ask for this. Then i called and they refused to assist me. Refused to help me log into the online portal, which i'd been blocked from entering. It's like they were trying really hard to get a late payment.
This is a bad company stay away or proceed with caution!! The so call Title dept. has terrible customer service Reps and poor management.Connie who is with the title dept. needs to be retrained on customer service due her acting very bothered when seeking a resolution on a old account that Auto Now apparently sold to another lender and they even hung up in my face. Beware they will sell your information to 3rd parties and then act as if they have no information to assist , they need to be investigated by the BBB
Shauntay Williams has the best customer service in the building she is very helpful professional and solves all problems with care and understanding I always recommend you go to her for help and no one else. Thanks you for your world class service ❤️❤️
Extremely rude people.
The customer service is terrible I am dealing with Yessenina and what a nasty person. She told me to use my son's disability money to make a payment. I also had questions and was not allowed to ask because she wouldn't stop yelling at me. I am happy to say I have prevented at least ten other people I know from looking at the car lots that deals with them. I have never met more money hungry people.
