Absolutely shocked by the experience. I entrusted this company with my vehicle in perfect condition, and it was returned to me with a missing body part. Their explanation? That a "strong wind" magically ripped it off — on a car that’s built to withstand speeds of 250 km/h. It’s clear the part was damaged — they did it. Booked for my car to be moved from Perth to Newcastle and was told a maximum of 18 business days. Car finally arrived but over three weeks later than the final delivery day. No communication, had to keep chasing it & staff were really unhelpful & quite rude. I had to fork out over $1500 in rental car hire while waiting & they would not reimbursment any of it or even offer an apology for the delays & costs. Received my car in Brisbane today. Took about 2 weeks as agreed and travelled from Perth to Brisbane. Great communication and reliable. So happy with the service and will definitely recommend and use again. Good work guys!!
