I normally don't leave reviews. However, Auto-Motion was the best experience I've ever had with an auto shop! Ever! They replaced/fixed my convertible top motor after 10 months of research, headaches, and other shops jerking me around. I took my car without an appointment because I was in no hurry. It was done the next day and the cost was less than I had anticipated. 5 STAR SHOP! Highly Recommend!

Hard to find an auto service place you trust. Auto-motion was recommended by a friend. We took our VW Passat there with AC issues. They were able to diagnose and take care of the problem. I felt confident in the work and price we received.

My wife and I drove to Louisville (from Missouri) and had some car trouble as soon as we got off the freeway... it would have been unsafe to drive much more. Luckily, the folks at AutoMotion were sympathetic to my situation, and got the problem diagnosed and fixed in less than 2 hours. These guys are very personable and go out of their way to help out. If I lived in the Louisville area, I'd use them for all my auto repairs. I cannot recommend them strongly enough.

I would not recommend this car shop to anyone. The customer service was unprofessional, communication was poor, and the work on my vehicle was not done properly. I was given unrealistic time estimates and had to keep calling for updates because nobody would reach out to me. On top of that, the pricing did not match the quality of service I received. Very disappointed with the overall experience and would not return.
