He was very knowledgeable and easy to talk with. His experience shines through - he knew exactly what he was doing and he made quick and confident assessments of the vehicle. Hands down one of the best mechanics I've ever worked with. I don't have more words because he just knew what he was doing, and he executed the job quickly and efficiently.

Me and a friend were doing a road trip from Canada and Seattle was our first stop. Unfortunately, our car broke down. Not only did Jim come as soon as he can to help us, he fixed the problem, ensured the car would be okay to continue our road trip, checked up on us, and didn't even charge us a dime. His communication is quick, he is incredibly kind, and he knows what he is doing. I cannot recommend Jim enough.
