Recently needed to get some work done on my car and brought it to Auto Metrics. Daniel was incredibly helpful, fair, and professional. He took the time to explain everything to me, including all of my options so that I could do what I thought best. The service was fast and well priced, and I would recommend this place to anyone.
I was traveling through Chico when my oil drain plug blew out—long story—and I found myself stranded early Monday morning. I called the shop as soon as they opened, and they were able to take my car in immediately once the tow truck arrived. They thoroughly inspected everything to make sure no secondary damage had occurred, cleaned out all the threads, and installed a new drain plug. I must admit, I know nothing abut cars and this shop has provided detailed explanations, options, great service at a good price. Most importantly, I trust them to do what is best for me. Recommend them with great confidence.
I was loosing coolant in my Subaru for weeks. I couldn’t find the leak. They pressure tested my system found out it was the radiator and had it replaced the next day. Would definitely go back.
