Enquired about a newly listed vehicle. Ad mentioned a tow bar but photos did not show it. Asked which? Got message indicating they could arrange a tow bar at my expense. I asked them to clarify but was then ghosted and within a couple of hours the car ad was taken down as sold/unavailable. It would have been easy to just say it was an error but they took the dodgy-as option response 🫤
Like a few others my experience has been a bad one, unfortunaley. I emailed an offer and heard nothing back. Thats ok, then I tried to call and it went straight to messaages. No reply from that. Finally I tried to arrange a test drive time through carsguide and have not heard a thing. I feel if they can not so much as return a call or reply to an email then I'm better off going elsewhere. Maybe you will too.
Recently purchased my dream car, excellent experience, very helpful and not pushy. Have a great selection of cars as well.
