Sells Luxury used cars. The cars seem to be good quality.
Enquired about a newly listed vehicle. Ad mentioned a tow bar but photos did not show it. Asked which? Got message indicating they could arrange a tow bar at my expense. I asked them to clarify but was then ghosted and within a couple of hours the car ad was taken down as sold/unavailable. It would have been easy to just say it was an error but they took the dodgy-as option response 🫤
Like a few others my experience has been a bad one, unfortunaley. I emailed an offer and heard nothing back. Thats ok, then I tried to call and it went straight to messaages. No reply from that. Finally I tried to arrange a test drive time through carsguide and have not heard a thing. I feel if they can not so much as return a call or reply to an email then I'm better off going elsewhere. Maybe you will too.
Recently purchased my dream car, excellent experience, very helpful and not pushy. Have a great selection of cars as well.
Amazing service today by Will and Rosa who were both so patient and answered all our questions. They weren't pushy and we felt like we could take our time without being pressured to make a sale.
