I highly recommend Auto Medics! The lady who answers the phone is knowledgeable and extremely pleasant. I thought I needed my front brakes and rotors replaced but it ended up being a little more work. Mr. Will explained everything so I understood exactly what was going on and he showed me the parts needing to be replaced. Best customer service! If you’re looking for a mechanic this is the place!

He’s a thief. Took vehicle for diagnostics. Told him it might be the transmission. He kept it for a day then told me only problem was it was leaking two places and he has to lift the transmission so it would cost me $950. After a week he called to say it was ready. That he drove it 3 miles and it was almost like brand new. Next day it wouldn’t go in drive. I've used Auto Medics of McDonough several times over the last few years and have referred several friends with only positive outcomes. Today, I stopped by because I heard a rattling noise under my SUV towards the drivers side rear. After telling Will what I was hearing, he took the vehicle for a test drive and raised it on the hydraulic lift to see what was going on. Terrible communication skills. I asked them to change my timing belt because it was overdue. Days later, they said a solenoid needed to be changed and they hadn't even touched the timing belt. They called me to ask if they could drive my car a full drive cycle (250 miles). They probably would've billed me hourly for that. Now I'm out days of my life and $300! I'll never go back.
