RecommendedI highly recommend this place. They are fair, honest and they do a great job. I wont go anywhere else. A few years ago they could of charged me an additional 500 dollars and I wouldn't of known the difference, had they not been honest and told me the computer was free due to a recall. Great company with great customer service.
they knew the issues with my vehicle . then gave a false quoted charge which resulted in my messed up vehicle being drove to them. I was prewarned about them but I always give every place of business a chance. That was dumb on my part!!!! They lie and when I called the manager was rude and a smartass. I will not ever use them for anything and recommend them to no-one. they are usually inaccurate as well!!!! i give them zero stars for service and repairs!!!!!
Since they deleted my last review, I'll write another. Charged for a diagnostic, they guessed on what was wrong. They were wrong, now I'm out the money. Owner told me it wasn't his problem. Consumer beware!
Terrible customer service my elderly grandma called to make an appointment and they hung up in her face!
Needed my transmission fixed before work and they were able to get it done. Thank you guys I've found my mechs!
I've been with auto medic for over 14 years and my wife has used them for almost 20 years. They have always great with our vehicles that we bring in. The owner has gone out of the way at times for us. Even going to Kansas City to pickup one of our vehicles.
I worked for Larry while I was going to college in 1981 and 1982.... Very honest person then and now. Today, Auto Medics is the only place that I will take our vehicles to for any type of repair.... Larry has always been dependable, courteous, reliable and honest. Auto Medics is truly a premier auto repair facility !
I wouldn't take our family vehicles any where but Auto Medics ! They always treat us fairly, never over charge us for repairs and are always pleasant and courteous. I would recommend Auto Medics to all my friends ! ! They are the BEST.
