I had issues with my truck not wanting to turn over all the way and I called him and he was very honest and didn't give me any run around like most would do. He came out and diagnosed it and said he needed to have it at his shop to look at it better. I got it to him a few hours later and that same day he had it fixed and running again. He knows what he’s doing and does it right the first time. He even took the time to show me the part and explained to me why it was messed up. Would definitely go to him again
Rick came to my assistance when I was driving to work. He was ready, prepared, and assisted me with a serpentine belt that had fallen apart as I was driving - even fixed a loose bolt that caused the problem in the first place. We had a good conversation and I felt that he addressed every need - I will be giving out the business cards to friends I know and will be going back to Auto Medic Mobile Repair in the future. Great to work with! Our son had a bunch of lights light up on the dash. Rick came to check it out and determined it wasn’t what he first thought it was. Took the extra time to diagnose the issue and saved us a ton of hassle, time, and money!
He’s absolutely awesome, and a really nice guy. I originally went to him for a different issue, and my car kept reading misfires. He worked until he found the main issue.
