They act like they're doing you a big favor and you have nowhere else to turn to.Tim is one miserable looking idiot.Customer service is certainly not his forte.The office was empty when i went there so i peeked into the garage to see if anyone was there.Tim got pissed off and scolded me like a child for not ringing the stupid bell first.I can see the reason for all the negative reviews.Go there at your own risk.You've been warned.Not to mention overpriced,poor quality work.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. As soon as i walked in some girl came out and asked who had a certain car when i told her i did she told me to give her my keys because i parked in the way of their parking lot or whatever but there was no where for my car to go. when i told her i can just move it bc idk u and there was no hi how are yall she was like i can do it and took my keys and moved my car. after i told her what i needed done she asked another worker if they could do a tire rotation and he responded F NO like ok sir how old are... read more
