Took my car there, took him around 3 weeks to get it fixed, also damaged my rear right tire and I had a flat tire after the car left his garage, I also got a big damage above the tire on the car's body. He also never answers my calls nor my text msgs. After he replaced my stearing rack, he even didn't do a calibration, and I had problems with the car even though I paid him all the repairs. Chris has been nothing short of amazing! He has worked on both of my parents' older vehicles, a 2005 GMC Sierra and a 2007 Toyota Camry. He's done a fantastic job on the Camry, including working on the front suspension, replacing the power steering reservoir, rear sway bar bushings, the alternator, and the serpentine belt. For the GMC Sierra, Chris replaced the heater core connector. He also handles oil changes and general maintenance for both vehicles.
