As I went into the office to see Dan about my car, he was in the middle of lecturing another customer because the small dog she was holding barked. I was embarrassed for her as he spoke in a very unprofessional, demeaning, and condescending manner to her. I had a coolant leak in my car and wanted him to find out what the problem was. Been using automax for years – I have been using Dan for years. He is honest and doesnt fix what isnt broken. I usually do all the maintenance on my truck myself and bring it to automax to fix the big stuff that I dont want to do. This is an old school repair shop, no fancy waiting rooms of coffee bars. I highly recommend them.
Great auto shop! Auto Max has always serviced our car and done a wonderful job. The service is quick and our car is always "brand new" after wards!
