I would give zero stars if I could. My brother brought his car here and it was STOLEN right off their lot. The shop showed zero accountability and had no explanation for how a vehicle just disappears under their watch. On top of that, the owner and employees were openly drinking while on the job — completely unprofessional and honestly unsafe for customers and their vehicles. Do NOT trust this place with your car. Save yourself the stress and go somewhere that actually takes responsibility and runs a professional operation.
I know that when I take my car into their shop it will get the attention it deserves. I have taken both my Jeep and Volkswagen in and they always had the work done quickly and at a reasonable price. They are honest and want to get you back on the road safely.
I’ve been going to Auto- Matic Repair since I moved to Vallejo in 2020. The service is good and the prices are reasonable. They recently replaced my water pump. My car been riding smoother since.
