Extremely Careless Inspection Caused Serious Issues—Avoid This Shop! I reported AC issues, but after routine service, nothing was fixed.They only changed the air filter and Anti-bacterial Treatment that were overpriced. Three months later, my AC compressor failed and needed replacement and both oil and air filters were very dirty. Auto Masters also want to do the spark plug replacement which was overpriced. Very careless and dishonest.
They use a marketing firm which sells $200 vouchers for services. They sell the vouchers claiming the service is free labour, all you pay for is parts. They said the business is new and they want to get some loyal local clients. So i go for my service with voucher in hand, and they want to charge $200 for the basic service. A basic service is already 230 from mycar. There is really no discount. I was told to get a refund from the marketing company.
