I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service I recently received at your workshop, concerning the inspection and repair of my vehicle. A few days ago, I brought my car in for an inspection. After leaving the vehicle with you, I received a video diagnosis outlining two main issues: the timing chain (or belt), and two sensors that needed replacement. We've used Automasters Southport for the past few years and they've always gone above and beyond. Darren and the team are trustworthy and we really like the walk through video of under the car and hood that shows the state of the car and where attention is needed.
