My mum bought me a vip discount card. I ended up paying 2000 dollars for a service that would have cost 2500 without the vip discount . It took 2 days to get my car back because they stuffed up the brakes which cost me $875 itself ($745 for the labour which he admitted he got his apprentice to do). I paid premium prices for below average service and the owner todd had no empathy for it or offer any reimbursement and stated “i already got a discount”.
