A big thank you to Ross and team at Auto Masters South Fremantle. I arrived yesterday on their doorstep with no appointment - an interstate traveller with a vehicle that has an intermittent mechanical issue. Ross respectfully listened while a non mechanical person (me) told the story. The team identified, sourced and replaced the ageing part and I was on my way again. And I was charged for the part only. My mum bought me a vip discount card. I ended up paying 2000 dollars for a service that would have cost 2500 without the vip discount . It took 2 days to get my car back because they stuffed up the brakes which cost me $875 itself ($745 for the labour which he admitted he got his apprentice to do). I paid premium prices for below average service and the owner todd had no empathy for it or offer any reimbursement and stated “i already got a discount”. You mean the discount my mum paid for you flop? You guys should be ashamed ... read more
