I had a great experience with AutoMasters Repair Shop. The staff was professional, honest, and actually took the time to explain what was wrong with my vehicle without trying to upsell me on stuff I didn’t need. The work was done faster than I expected, and my car has been running great ever since. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in their work. Absolutely amazing service
My son had a weird noise coming from his passenger tire considering it was his first car I was extremely worried I reached out to auto masters and they had his vehicle towed they did a full look over on his car took pictures and videos to show me the exact issue and reassured me that fixing it would be no issue they got it done within a great time frame and now he’s back driving with no issues I’m very thankful and will recommend anyone I know it was a great experience!
I've never had a shop tell me they couldn't get my car started. Took my 1985 oldsmobile toronado to Auto Masters to have my intake & fuel pump installed. It have been sitting for 20 years however I use to drive it around the block until the thermostat bolt broke and it started running hot. Paid Auto Masters over $1,100 to install my intake & fuel pump went to pick it up & I was told they couldn't get it STARTED. Im thinking to myself and yall are Auto MASTERS. Told me they would fix my headlights, scheduled an appointment, went there they say if appointment, told me they didn’t even order the part and to come back tomorrow, went back the next day still did not have part and asked for me to pay before the part would come. 100 scammers, really unprofessional, 0 out of 10 overall rating
