I swear here, I’m usually very critical of people and hard to impress but what a top bloke Travis is; his exemplary customer service is top notch. I am amazed people like him still exist, he turned down a coolant flush for which I offered to pay in advance but advised that there is a fault which may cause the flush service entirely being wasted.
