Booking was effortless. Brett was friendly, efficient and explained the job card thoroughly. The video of work done and recommendations was clear, informative and no push to sell. After being in the service department for 15 of my career, this is something I truly appreciated as I know how it works. At pick up Brett went through the work completed and a nice surprise was the key holder in case my keys get lost and the cloth and tissues left in the cup holder. Very disappointing experience at AutoMaster Mindarie. Communication was poor, and I felt like I was left in the dark about what was happening with my car and how long it would take. The service ended up taking longer than expected, When I asked questions, I didn’t feel like my concerns were taken seriously. Overall, not the level of customer service or professionalism I was expecting, and I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. And there is no proper manager in this store. You dont get the service you require.
I took a second hand vehicle to Auto Masters and dealt with Max and the team. It was serviced and checked for roadworthiness, and the video explanation I received was so helpful to get a full picture of what needed to be repaired. A couple of fixes required extra parts and workarounds, but the whole process was so efficient, quick, well priced and professionally done.
