These guys are awesome. Broken water pump and it is 14.00 and i am hopefull that i can be fitted in and my car repaired. For me it's no car no work. The manager was absolutely brilliant. He made no promises but said he would try and get my car done by Monday at the latest. These awesome guys not only got it looked at but had it repaired and back to me on Saturday. It is always great to deal with this place, fast and efficient service. The team here is so co-operative that I can get an appointment for the same day if needed urgently. Very much recommended :)
Went in with 2 issues - egr valve issue and suspension issue. They charged me over $200 diagnostic fee just when I dropped it off. Then they couldn’t properly fix egr valve just changed the bolts and couldn’t fix suspension issue. When I picked it up they explained the suspension issue isn’t something they can look at…why charge me then?? Then they said but we will keep the full diagnostics charge because they spent ‘over 4 hours’ on the other issue.
