Great experience as always when I visit Auto Masters at Marion. Alex on reception, was very helpful and explained the service in simple terms. Also appreciated the prompt acquisition of a new water washer pump to replace on my car there and then. Thank you.
EDIT TO RESPOND TO COMMENT: I never said in my review that you charged me. I said I was told that it's likely my transmission and this will cost me upwards of $1k. I THEN called a trans specialist who said it could cost up to 7k, because Honda. The inability to diagnose a seemly normal sound just baffles me. Did you test drive the car? Many other independent mechanics i have spoken to since have told me that automasters are known to be dramatic. I will not be taking this review down as this was my experience.
