Despite delay due to staff shortage on the day, my car was serviced and returned in very clean condition. I wasn\'t expecting the interior to be vacuumed and dash cleaned as well. Very happy.
I had the best first time experience servicing my car, the guys were so nice Lachie in particular helped me so much and my car was beautiful and clean after their service, definitely coming back :)
I just want say a big thank you to auto masters Marion for the amazing work ethic and great customer service that we have had with them. We have a Volvo and a Peugeot and each time the work they provided was spot on. They always make us feel welcome....
My car, a 1998 Ford Laser, broke down in Brighton North. I contacted the RAA to organise a tow and then rang Lachie at Marion AutoMasters to see if I could house the car until they could manage to repair it. Lachie didn’t hesitate to agree to my request even though they were incredibly busy with the school holidays coming up. Was initially very disappointed because I'd booked the online $169 service via an ad on Facebook only to discover at payment time that that offer was branch specific (even though the link allowed me to book Marion). However, Marion applied a similar discount, so in the end i was very happy. The extra bonus was discovering that my car had been vacuumed (yay!)
