"I have been to the same auto masters in the past 2 years & have found their experience, ability to communicate with care & knowledge & their friendly staff has made what is usually a stressful situation into a comfortable experience. Being a female as well as someone with limited knowledge of the mechanics of my car, hasn't factored into my experience with this machanic service as it has done so in the past.
Friendly staff. Quick and quality service.
Great customer service. Gave me a detailed list of issues. I especially like the way they did a video walk through of the whole car and pointed out the issues. Well done. I will be back."
Andrew at Kilkenny gave great service. He kept me informed of progress and best of all there were no nasty surprises when it came to cost. Fair and reasonable.
Had a horrible experience with these guys. I ended up spending $10,000 on service and fixed parts for my ford territory 2011 model. New drive belt was installed imidiately came off when driving off. Also had new car battery installed that is only working at 40% capacity. New drive belt that these guys installed cracked. I would be wary taking your car to these guys.
