I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Auto Masters Kelmscott. I took my car in because the air conditioning was not cooling. I was advised that the system needed an A/C regas, and I agreed to the service. During the inspection, they identified that the A/C compressor had a problem, yet they still carried out the regas and charged me $280. Loved the ease of viewing their video of my car and then discussing options with the staff. Staff were amazing by the way. So friendly and down to earth! How every mechanic shop should be. Strong recommendation.
Terrible mate, replaced my ac condenser, belt, and belt tensioner. Ruined the fittings for the condenser, tensioner was loose. Ac stopped working then pulley came loose and belt came off which took off my main belt. Also on the service did not check my tyres because they would’ve known that the rear 2 had uneven wear on the inside of the tyres closest to the car one of which then went flat a week later.
