Do not trust. I took my 4WD in for a service a few months ago and they sent me an invoice for 2k which I paid without question as this can be common for 4WD’s. Within 15 minutes of me paying the invoice they called me and said they ‘think’ it needs something else fixing which would be another 4k on top of the 2k I already paid. They didn’t give me the option of whether I wanted to pay the 2k before giving me this information. Regularly take my car in to be serviced by Adam and his team. They do a comprehensive and informative job, letting me know what needs to be done and when. As well as any costs that will happen up front, or over the phone if a problem is detected. Price is very reasonable also, very happy with the service provided
