Just wanted to give a huge shout-out to the Auto Masters Hilton team for the awesome service on my Hyundai Tucson (transmission fluid change). From the phone calls to the guys in the workshop, everyone was genuinely friendly and easy to deal with. You went above and beyond what I expected, and the whole experience was miles better than what I’ve had at other shops. Really happy with the work and the way you looked after me. Highly recommended! You’ve definitely earned a repeat customer!
Just did our family territory tailshaft. Price on point and better than three other quotes, done in hours not days, service above and beyond, and love the little touches to the car which really didn't have to do. Absolutely amazing service and great work once again.
My wife and I gave them a go for servicing our cars as it was close to work. The service was ok but they replaced the brakes on my wife's car that were only 1 year old claiming they were worn out, she had only driven about 8,000km on them. What was more alarming was recently, my wife had an engine light come on and took it there. They quoted $940 to replace a faulty engine coil. Service provided was more expensive than expected but also more expedient and accommodating than expected. When my driver's side window was stuck open at the end of the day, I was able to leave my car locked up overnight and it was done by the end of the next day
Good experience. Mechanic Bhuvanesh Gowda has done a very good job and would love to get my car serviced from him every time. Very helpful and good in communication
