Excellent service and very professional. My Tesla had scraped the underside of the car, and I needed to drive back to Melbourne urgently. Unfortunately, it was the weekend, so the Tesla Service Centre was closed. I was very fortunate to find this workshop. They patiently inspected the damage and securely fastened the loose underbody panel, allowing me to continue my trip safely. Unfortunately, I found Adam (the manager) to be misleading! In my opinion, he was not honest about the servicing history or the reasons behind decisions made on my vehicle. Even when I clearly indicated the issue, they fixed other matters! and claimed it will fix the issue! Adam's explanations changed when questioned, and he refused to provide his responses in writing. I felt misled throughout the process and would not trust this branch again.
These guys are awesome, I went to them to have an old main engine mount replaced. They didn't have access to a replacement and pointed me in the right direction to source one myself and were happy install it for me should I need it. I ended up buying all the 3 engine mounts and they put all of them in for me. That's what I call going above and beyond. I'll definitely be seeing them whenever I need professional service for my car.

Terrible do NOT trust them. Tried to sell me $2k of work during my service. My transmission went 3 weeks after ($4300 to repair) - the error code would have come up during my service and the issue was never mentioned to me at the time and they tried to get $2k from me instead for other issues. I took the car to a mechanic with integrity and apparently my transmission fluid was black! And looked like it had never been changed. I always went to Automasters for my services.
