Recently had our 15000km service of our Mitsubishi outlander. Noted that our spare tyre had been ticked off on the service sheet as in good condition. Thing is, we couldn't find the spare tyre, because guess what? There isn't one. So when we called to ask for an explanation, they doubled down and pretended like it was kept in some magical compartment under the engine. They have lost our trust and we'll never go back to any auto master franchise ever again. Tick and flick servicing.
The team is super friendly, knowledgeable and have the ability to explain things so anyone can understand. Quick to respond, short waiting times, +++, I always have been impressed by the High Wycombe team!
