We have used Auto Masters in Greenwood twice and have been significantly disappointed and inconvenienced on both occasions. Both times we were left two days without a car, without being offered a replacement that was suitable for our family needs. Both times, the workshop ordered the wrong parts which extended our wait time for our car to be fixed and returned. A woman on her own going into a mechanics work place can be daunting and you feel very vulnerable, But not at auto masters in greenwood the staff there were very honest thorough Tex me a video of my repairs wrote out a price list of work to be done and cataloged each job so I could plan and get the finance together very professionally know there trade. To date I was able to cross off two items of my list and my car is running amazing thanks Auto Master Greenwood.🙏
