Lovely manager and staff. I had a 2 hour drive back home and I got a low coolant level warning. I pulled into the nearest auto shop which happed to be auto masters Fremantle frantic. The staff were understanding and topped up my coolant for free. I recommend this place for any car problems, staff are friendly.
My wife cars was recently serviced at Auto Masters in Fremantle and we were extremely happy with the service and feedback provided. Completely in one day and the car was clean and tidy as well. Well done guys!
I won’t be taking my car for future services or any repairs now Jason has left almost 2 mths ago. The new people running auto masters Fremantle in all honesty I do not trust to service my vehicle any more or undertake any work after ripping off family & friends of resent. They take no accountability in not fixing what is asked thus causing more damages as so to generate more unnecessary work and cost for their gain. Beware people & go to your local mechanic if you have one
Every time I have taken my vehicle into Auto Masters in Fremantle I have been impressed with the guy in charge - Jason. He is easy to talk with, efficient and prompt in his dealings with me. He explains what needs to be done, and always consults you before doing any work you hadn't already allowed for. The work was done on time with no excess charges. This is my third booking with them, I am sticking with this this place after having been let down by others. Recommended !
