Beware! Car put in to resolve a brakes issue in late May. $1100 dollars later issue was initially resolved, however problem returned. Spoke with AM Forrestfield today and was told to return vehicle and matter would be looked at under warranty of work done. I was then called back a few minutes later and told that it would not be under warranty (hasn't seen what could be wrong yet), and therefore payment required. I strongly do not recommend. Have had a couple of bad experiences here. First one was having a part broken as they were putting it into my car to replace the old one, took over a week to have the new part delivered. Mistakes happen, decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and go back again with another car. Was told the timing belt needed replacing, so had that done. Less than 24 hours after picking my car up it was making a loud rattling sound, took the car back and was told “this is how a diesel car normally sounds” ... read more
Excellent customer service, explaining what needs to be done. Nice not to be pushed into work that isn’t a priority, but highlighting needing attention
I have to admit the service was a bit pricey but these people are thorough.. I even asked how much it'd cost to get my aircon sorted, and they did that too and included it in the service... Very happy with the work done...
