Auto Masters is our go to mechanics. They treat you with respect and tell you what is going on with your vehicle. From the time you walk in, Katie listens to you and she gets Shawn,who will help and listen and explain what's going on, and is not afraid to talk to women. These folks are great! I was on a road trip and blew a strut. I rolled into Cortez in the afternoon and they diagnosed my problem quickly. I brought my truck in the next day at 8:00am, they swapped out both my struts in an hour and a half and got me on my way. Great service.
Shaun was very helpful today! We were traveling through and had some unexpected car issues, qe called Auto maters in cortez and shaun talked to my husband and told him he could see us first thing in the morning. This shop was the ONLY shop available to look at our truck, all other auto shops from Durango to cortez, could not see us for 1-2 weeks.
