Great service was explained thoroughly and was kept informed of what needs to be changed.
I had previously used Auto masters Como for servicing and found that some of the boxes ticked as service carried out was not done. I spoke to the then manager who apologised and offered to have the car cleaned etc as indicated on the receipt. I declined as I had taken it to a car cleaning station and had cleaned it. Great service - great communication
First time using Rohan and the team, and I was swayed by the great reviews. I had a few issues with my car, and really appreciated the video sent showing me their recommendations. The car was fixed on time and is running really well, it also has icy cold ac again! I will be using Rohan and the team for future servicing too.
