I called at 8am after a suspected coolant leak with my Mazda. Sam was happy for me to bring the car in straight away. I tried many local mechanics in the southern area to see if they could help to diagnose the problem. Sadly there was no availability, or I was fobbed off. I understand most mechanics are heavily booked out in advance, however Sam made it work, and got my vehicle in. Thanks for the great customer service Sam!
