I went for a headlight bulb replacement. I was greeted at the reception by Michael, who was very accommodating along with the rest of the staff. The best part was that I was surprised they replaced the bulb for free, which I didn’t expect at all. It really made me happy. Thank you again!
We had travelled from Sydney to Burleigh in 34 degree heat at 110km/hr through smoke and heat due to our AC compressor failing in the car, having to have the windows down which was not pleasant at all. We found Automasters thinking it was just a regassing. We dealt with Michael who was both accomodating, professional and kind. I was travelling to the Gold Coast from Warwick and ran into some trouble with my car and frankly I was desperate. Michael the Store Manager was friendly and polite over the phone and was able to get my car seen with very short notice (at 4:30pm!!). I was alone with my 2 toddlers and struggling. He made it so easy and stress free, he lent me the loan car which made it easy to enjoy our holidays. Michael sent me a video with what needed replacing.
