I was very impressed with my car service. They were very professional, Grant the manager was so helpful in listing the urgency of repairs needed. They done a service video for me to watch which showed the repairs that are needed, seeing where things are needing to be repaired or on their way out makes me have more confidence and I really loved the small touches such as a new key ring with a purpose, Tissues, cleaning cloth and beautifully clean and smelling car. I visited automasters butler to have my breaklights repaired after a negative experience at autobahn. As a female, going to the mechanic is quite anxiety provoking because I don’t want to be rorted for things I don’t need! I was previously told that my car needed a new break light switch and that it would cost me $160 at autobahn. Suspicious, I attended automasters and did not tell them what autobahn had already told me, I wanted their own diagnosis and quote.
