Don't go here, you will be ripped off and receive a list of things that don't need doing. $279 for spark plugs!!! Each car we took there had a long list of add on’s at each service. I just want to share my experience about automaster bassendean. Yesterday i took my Mitsubishi Pajero Sport for servicing and then David showed and explained to me what are the parts needed to be replace thru video presentation. The good thing is they are very honest because I supposedly want to change the transmission fluid but they insist that it is still fine and atleast I can save money out of that. Another mechanics quoted me $3k to replace a torque converter in my car that was causing issues. AutoMasters Bassendean said we don't think that is the problem and if we replace the transmission oil it will help sort your issues. I was sckeptical, but paid the $400 to do what they said...it owrked, but I have awaited a month before putting this up to make sure it sustained...it has. So happy with their advice, will listen to them again
