I went into ask about a part for my Grandsons car, not knowing exactly what it was called, I was able to describe it as best as possible. The two gentleman at the front were the most helpful, they brought up the make and model on the computer and then went through the photos of under the hood. Worst car servicing I have ever experienced. Unfriendly person on front desk and THEY LOST MY SERVICING BOOK FROM THE LAST 6 YEARS OF SERVICING. I now have no evidence of maintaining my car. I went back the following morning when I realised the book was not in my car. They couldn't find it and think they "accidentally put it in the skip bin" which was just emptied. I'm absolutely gutted.

Originally told my service would be $250 plus required parts. Standard service was $295 plus required parts plus $20 environmental waste. Got a video showing a couple of other minor things that required attention. I asked if I could collect car but not ready as I had not accepted/declined quotes for extra work. Rather than saying I would get them done later (picking up kids) I agreed. Replace aircon filter part of service $169 not mentioned during booking. Log book not updated. Tyres not rotated. Wheels balanced? $729

Would give no stars if possible. Agreed a price for a service on my lease vehicle. When I went to pick up I was told they had logged onto the lease company website and selected a service at a much higher price for payment. I told them this wasn’t what was agreed and they told me to sort out with the lease company. The lease company called them and Automasters told them I had agreed to them doing this. I will now be going to fair trading. Avoid this place.
