I have been bringing my two cars here for about a year now, and I cannot recommend anywhere else in Blacksburg more highly. The staff are professional, polite, and very helpful. They answer the phone with a friendly demeanor, do their best to work around your schedule, and are upfront and honest with their maintenance/repair times. They have a comfortable, clean waiting room and even offer a shuttle service if you can't wait for your car to be fixed. They are honest with repairs and don't overcharge.
