Excellent service! Al really goes above and beyond.
Al is an honest, knowledgeable mechanic. He communicated really well through the whole process. I highly recommend his services. We thought we needed an alternator and a battery so Al arrived with both ready to be installed. After installing the battery he realized the existing alternator was working well. Anyone else likely would have installed it anyway to make more money. Al was happy to report the job was just a battery and we’d be saving a lot of money. Super nice guy called him for brake pads because i was trying to be proactive because I hadn’t got them done and owned this car for 2 years and he came and looked at them and told me they were perfect and i didnt need them now i appreciate his honesty instead of just replacing them anyways i would definitely recommend its hard to find a honest mechanic!! I will definitely call him for any future needs!
I’m very satisfied with the results. Al maintained great communication throughout the entire process, especially while we were waiting for the car parts to arrive. He took the time to test the car, listened carefully to my concerns, and explained everything clearly so I could understand.
