I found a car that I liked and made an appointment to go see it. I even received a call to confirm my appointment 2 hours before the actual appointment. I was planning to pay for the car in cash. I was 2 1/2 hours out of state, and I am disabled. I drove to the appointment, and the person I was supposed to talk to was suddenly "in marketing and didn't know about cars" when her title was "Internet sales."
