Got a car from them less than 6 months ago stated acting up a month later missed one payment and they did a repo paid all I owed and a 500 dollar tow fee all for the car to break down 2 months later. Go to trade in the piece of junk and they have a lean on my fully paid for car that should have been taking off as soon as I paid the car off. Never again will I buy a car from them
Needed a new car and saw a they had a nice 2015 Honda Pilot online. Called to make sure it was still there before heading over and was able to close a deal that same day and drive it home. They took care of all the registrations and tags and everything arrived a week or so after. Great experience with all the staff there.
If you don't want a long car payment they have a vehicle for every budget. They offer a warranty through a third party if the vehicle is under 200,000 MI. And a Friendly staff. Thanks Auto Mart, I have told family and friends about Auto Mart of Ladson, SC.
Have bought 2 cars previously from Auto Mart. The owner and staff are super friendly to work with. Took my time in buying the right car for us and loved how patient they were with my particular needs. Have two great cars now! Thanks Auto Mart!
Very bad experience with the owner of this dealership. I have inquired about a used car through email, and the owner would barely reply to my questions. I had to call and have an employee, Brad (who was very nice) tell me more and apologize on the behalf of the owner. IF ONLY THAT WAS IT! I asked for a Carfax report or Autocheck on the vehicle I am planning to purchase, which the dealership tells me they do not have. The owner gives me a VIN number to pay for it myself, which I do.
