Make sure the car you are looking at isn’t one from Arey’s down the road. My granddaughter bought a Civic Hybrid that was on the lot, but was one of Arey’s cars. Within a week she had it overheat and found out it was a failing head gasket. $5,000 down the drain. Donald, the owner of Arey’s could have cared less. They don’t check out the cars before selling. Buy from a dealer that checks them out before selling and offers a 30 day warranty. She learned a valuable lesson and we have helped her buy a new car. Anyone interested ... read more
Kevin was very nice and flexible when I bought my Honda civic here about 3 weeks ago. A week ago, though, it started severely overheating. After a trip to the shop, turns out it had a leaking head gasket. Shop, Macs Service Pros, said it had likely been a problem for a while beforehand, and was hidden upon purchase by having full coolant put in. Got in touch to the shop that AMP got that car (and many others) from. They said they don’t check the cars before selling them. Runs? Good enough! Don’t get a car here. Price is grea... read more
