Amazing customer service!! Sue and Tony were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and super helpful throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain everything in detail and demonstrated the boat and outboard thoroughly, which we truly appreciated. Had an appointment booked for mid June that was made in May. Was relieved and reading the reviews felt quite comfortable about trusting this place. A couple days before the appointment I get a call saying that they have decided to cancel all 3 appointments that week because they were extremely behind on other work. They offered me an appointment a month later.
