I've used them 4 times since buying my boat and have nothing but good things to say. 2 times I have had issues with my outboard, they fixed them both times with no hiccups. I felt the price was very fair and it was fixed right the first time. I have also used them for some parts and they have always had my Yamaha parts in stock, and even walked me through how to change my low gear oil and winterize my outboard.
