I visited Auto Mall Collection on July 28th and traded my 2015 Audi Q5 for a 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee that I was supposed to pick up on Thursday, July 30th, since there was a recall that had to be worked on. The Jeep needed a rear wiper and it came with Pirelli tires but I received it with the same damaged wiper and with a cheap brand of tires from Town Fair. I was disappointed with my recent experience. I drove a considerable distance to the dealership after receiving a text confirmation and speaking with someone by phone to confirm that the vehicle I was interested in was available to view. Unfortunately, after arriving at the dealership, I was informed that the vehicle had already been sold. I understand that vehicles can sell quickly, but I would have appreciated being notified before making the long drive. HORRIBLE SERVICE! The salesman Addi is a gaslighting liar and very irresponsible. We went this past Tuesday to test drive a 2023 Grand Cherokee L which we ended up buying. We asked if the car would be in our possession by Thursday because Friday we would be driving to Florida, he promised it would. The car had a recall, I told him not to send to Jeep because it could delay the process, he sent it anyway and it spent 2 days there.
