Adam was very easy to deal with , non pushy sale , like other dealerships. Was there for a long time but he was very helpful showing me and explaining in a professional manner. After sale was also excellent, had few inquiries about the info media, and Bluetooth he was very helpful and knowledgeable on his products. I had a terrible experience with this dealership. I was sold a car that turned out to have serious issues just days after purchase. Despite being told it was in “great condition,” the vehicle had hidden problems that any honest seller would have disclosed. When I contacted the dealer about it, he was rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. He showed zero accountability or professionalism. I trusted him and got burned — plain and simple.
