Super impressed with this service it all started when my daughter got into a minor accident in her Nissan on the way to school. We brought this car to a couple of different shops. Didn’t seem to align with GEICO‘s payment options. So we stopped in here to get a second opinion after speaking with the management at this location we realize that this was the right choice. Auto Lodge is my go-to place to buy and fix my cars. They are not money hungry and the turn around time is fast with getting my car back to me. The workers are all knowledgeable and kind. I also will take cars here prior to buying and they are blunt and honest if I should buy or not. I will continue to take my vehicles in here and continue to recommend them to friends/family.

I would never take any of my cars back to this place. I got into an accident and took my car here. They lied about the work that they did. Did not replace structural parts on my car. An absolute botched job. If you even remotely like your car, never go here. I now have to find a different body shop to redo all of the work that I already paid this shop to do. I would give them -10 Stars if I could. They reused old parts that should have been replaced. WORST BODY SHOP IN MCHENRY COUNTY.
I was rear ended & the insurance company I was dealing with from the at fault party's was difficult to get a hold of and Andrea from the Auto Lodge helped me deal with them. The service was great, Andrea was consistently following up with me and the results look amazing. Thank you!!!
