My experience at Auto Lodge was one of the smoothest auto repair processes I’ve ever gone through. Radek and his wife were amazing from the moment I dropped my car off until pickup. My car was hit in a parking lot, and unfortunately the person drove off. The front bumper was badly scratched and partially dented. Radek did a wonderful job fixing my son’s car after he had an accident in a parking lot. Being a single mom and dealing with this for the first time I had no idea what to do and Radek sat with me, my son and the other party and helped us call the insurance company and guided us through the whole process. My son’s car looks brand new. Radek also went above and beyond and noticed the passenger side mirror needed fixing and painting and fixed that for us too without me even mentioning anything about that to him.
