I was so impressed by the service provided by Ben, he truly saved our vacation! We lost our Land Rover car key on a mountain near Lake Tahoe in blizzard conditions and with a record snowfall. With highways opening and closing several times a day, Ben made it to us within 24 hours and got to work immediately, not only getting into our car, but programming a brand new key. I bought 2 new fobs online from a reputable seller (not Amazon), but needed them programmed and the keys cut while I was in Reno. I did a quick search and found them near my location and with a great rating. Within 30 minutes of walking in the door, everything was done and working correctly. Service was polite and professional. I would use them again without reservation. Definitely recommend.

Tim was great. Showed up right when he said he would. The service took about 10 minutes and he programmed a fob and cut me a new key. The price was amazing about 1/3 of what the dealership wanted. This was for a company vehicle but I definitely recommend and will use again in the future if I need anything for my personal vehicle.

My key in my car was able to slip out of the ignition while driving. I needed a new ignition in my car. After trying to contact one key and lock store and not getting an appointment time after explaining my issue I started looking for someone else. Came across this shop and all the reviews sounded great so I gave them a call. The next day my car was fixed quickly and at a fair price.
