Horrible customer service. My car was picked up July 12, 2025 and it's now July 19 and my car has still not arrived. It's been seven days without having my car to get around. I was originally told my car would arrive Wednesday but here it is Saturday and my car still isn't here. This is not only giving me anxiety, but I can't make doctor appointments and other appointments scheduled. I'm home bound until my car gets here.

Got my car delivered from ca to tx and took 2 days the driver was 100% in contact with me and was on time for pick up and drop off ! 100% recommend, went through 10+ companies trying to find the best quote for my pickup and something told me to go with this company and I’m glad I did! Thank you again

Driver of a very large flat bed truck decided to swerve into the offramp at the last minute almost slamming into me. I honked loudly at him and he continued driving into me. I had swerve and brake hard to avoid him. Completely unacceptable behavior.

I noticed a driver operating trailer 4985 driving recklessly, creating a dangerous situation on the road. It was concerning to witness, as it poses a significant risk to others. I attempted to report the incident to Auto Line Express, but unfortunately, I didn’t receive any response. I hope the company addresses such safety concerns promptly.
