Strata purchased garage door from them 2 month ago for our apartment in peats ferry road, Asquith. The door broke on Thursday 3:00 pm and doesn't open. The emergency repair they have cancelled on us in the afternoon!! And said they will come tomorrow morning. It's Friday 11:00 and no one shows up. No car could get out of the garage. I had to take my pregnant wife to hospital last night and today I had to take her for the scan and seeing the doctor. What a disaster this guys are.

Poor installation quality and even worse service. The garage door was installed with a large gap on one corner, and it does not close smoothly at all. This is clearly substandard workmanship. When I raised the issues, the company showed no ownership or accountability for their work and made no real effort to fix the problems. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
