On July 20, 2025, my 2017 Honda Civic was totaled deemed a total loss within 24 hours. I contacted auto lenders. I spoke with a service associate by the name of Brendan again in 24 hours. Sales person was very good .But the service department don't know what they are doing ,they lie about looking at your vehicle 3x I took my vehicle back and I was told there was nothing wrong with it .less then 39.000 miles on it and the ball joint snapped.
This is my husband and I second time coming to this dealership and dealt with Rob both times. He is a pleasure dealing with and makes the process of buying a car 100 times easier than most dealers/sales person! The atmosphere is very welcoming and just makes you want to come back.
