Would score them more than 5 stars if I could. We purchased a caravan (that we love & enjoy) from ALM 18 months ago, but had a wee issue when traveling in The Coromandel. Sent a message on a Sunday about coming in on Monday, but not expecting a reply until Monday morning. However received an instant reply, with suggestions on possible solutions and confirming that we could come in first thing Monday.
