I had a very bad experience with Karl's service. He made a wrong diagnosis about my AC system which led me to believe it was going to cost $2000 to fix and that he didn't have the time to do it. Called other people locally and they also said they didn't have the time or capacity to do it. Spent a few days quite anxious and also very hot, as this was in January. Absolute legend, had a weird noise coming from our car, popped in to ask about it and he dropped what he was doing to help us out and when he realised what it was and that it was an easy fix told us so and managed to be fixed by the time we left.
Fantastic business. Service was above and beyond.
Now I have had a couple of jobs done by Karl I am more than happy to say his knowledge, helpfulness, explanation and straight talk will bring me back to Auto-Lec Solutions as my preferred option any time in the future.
